Before joining Roke Telkom, Elijah was at American Towers Corporation (ATC) as a Commercial manager overseeing MTN, Airtel and ISP accounts.

Elijah holds A Diploma in Computer Engineering as well as a Degree in Telecoms Engineering from Kyambogo University. Additionally, is an MBA graduate from Uganda Management Institute.
