Mobile Money top up (MTN, Airtel & Africell).

MTN Mobile Money steps;

  1. Access the Roke Selfcare Portal
  2. URL: https://selfcare.roketelkom.co.ug
  3. Log in using your account username and password
  4. Select Show More
  5. Select Mobile Payments
  6. Enter your Phone Number
  7. Enter the amount being depositing
  8. Select Process Payment
  9. You will receive a prompt on your phone
  10. Enter mobile money PIN

Roke Surf Card

OTT inclusive vouchers can be bought from any of our distributors. They are available in denominations of shs1,200, shs6,400 and shs24,000. Please note that this option is only for the Rokespot service only.

 Payment using Visa or Mastercard

You can also conveniently top up using your Visa or Mastercard.

  3. Select 2 for Internet Bundles
  4. Select 1 ROKE TELKOM
  5. Choose your desired bundle

 

Payment using Selcom Pay-point Agent.
