To instantly top up your account at any time of day or night, you may top-up using the following automatic channels.

Your ID is a 5 digit code , you may find it by logging onto the selfcare page http://selfcare.roketelkom.co.ug preceding it with zeros to form 5 digits.

You will be asked for this ID at the PayWay machine.

Mobile Money top up.

MTN Mobile Money steps;

  1. On the MTN Menu on your phone, go to MOBILE MONEY
  2. Select PAY BILL
  3. Select PAY GOODS & SERVICES
  4. Enter code: ROKE
  5. Enter your top up amount
  6. Enter your reference/ID Number
  7. Press YES or OK to confirm
  8. Enter your MTN Mobile Money PIN number

You will receive SMS confirmations of the transaction and your Roke classic unlimited account will be topped up instantly after which you can purchase the bundle using the self-care portal and the same login details as provided above.
